Your Company Picnic at Double M Rodeo

The Double M has again opened its doors on Friday and Saturday nights for the 2011 season.

Looking for a fun filled place to have your company picnic? Try something different than the usual picnic in the park or a hectic day at Six Flags. Try something that everyone in your group can enjoy and talk about for years to come. Try an exciting night out at the rodeo with a BBQ, rodeo action and just plain fun. No group is too big or too small.

You can arrange for any size group to come on Friday or Saturday night, enjoy a BBQ meal together and reserve space for your group to sit together during the show.

Cost:

For a group of 15 or more, the cost is $12 for adults and $5 children. The BBQ is an additional $10 and $7 respectively. General admission at the gate is $15 for Adults or $5 Kids.

We also have a concession stand that offers hot dogs, hamburgers, drinks, popcorn and more.

We are very flexible and are open to any ideas that may work better for your group or organization. The facility is handicap accessible, free parking and a park like atmosphere. Great for families and individuals alike.

Your Private Rodeo at the Double M Rodeo

The Double M Western Store and Rodeo also offers the opportunity to host a private rodeo for your company or organization on Sundays.

We offer you the use of the facility for the entire day with free parking. We present a private rodeo for your guests in which you may bring in a catering service of your choice to make the theme complete or use our BBQ service. In recent years we have hosted such an event for the Adirondack Trust Co, Saratoga Hospital and MVP. They brought their families and friends and had fun by all. The company either paid for the expense themselves or required a partial payment from those that attended. In all cases, it was a welcome change to the traditional company picnic of years past.

There is plenty of space for you to bring in extra activities such as a rock climbing wall, pony rides, bounce-e-bounce, face painting and more.

Finally, the Double M rents the facility where you can present a different theme of choice. The Double M has a fantastic location for any corporate event located just off Exit 12 of I87, 1 mile west.

Many stations set up to accommodate the crowd. This party was for Saratoga Hospital and had 900 people.

Behind shows a covered pavilion that can be used for the food service line or a place to eat on picnic tables.
